Effective from the date of purchase for a period of two years. The warranty period terminates when the original purchaser resells or transfers the product. Customer should presented the purchase certificate *, for the warranty service to take effect.
2. The product cannot be covered under the following conditions
■ product warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, such as brake blocks, bearings, wheel brake surface, stickers and scratches and so on.
■ Product warranty does not apply to natural disasters or accidents caused by the destruction.
■ The product warranty does not apply to damage caused by non-normal use (including but not limited to collisions, overruns, etc.).
■ Product Warranty does not applicable when the product is retrofitted or repaired by a non-VORTEX authorized professional (VORTEX authorized professional includes technician who holds a work permit from a VORTEX franchise and a VORTEX online flagship technician).
■ Product warranty does not apply to product whose serial numbers or production codes have been intentionally altered, damaged or removed.
■ The product warranty does not apply to damage caused by the use of other components made by manufacturers without VORTEX's authorization.
■ The product warranty does not apply to damage caused by the use of incompatible components.
